Problems And Solutions Research Of Military Academies Information Security Management

With Computer network information system in military universities is an importantinformation exchange platform and the means of teaching, scientific research and administrative management, plays an irreplaceable role. In the great progress at the same time, problems and threats also accompanied. The accident information management security military colleges more and more has brought great losses to the state, society, military. Therefore, to strengthen the information securitymanagement in military colleges and universities has become the administrative work forces consensus and focus.In this paper, the public security perspective, on the macro security theory, military academy of foreign and domestic information security management literature andreview. The study found, status of the information security management in military schools is not optimistic: information security management environment situation iscomplicated and grim; information security management system defects, the existence of loopholes part of safety management; Information Security Management Department of organization and personnel mechanism is not perfect;involving the secret service quality level is not high, the problem of teachers and students such as lack of information security awareness of colleges and universities. The main reason is:the virtual and real environment complex, is a serious challenge to the safety management of confusion; strong spread, safetymanagement consciousness confusion; network hype military negative information,relates to the difficulty of information differentiation increased; network activitiesand steal information rampant, impossible to guard against information security management; various attack methods, technology to prevent the difficulty coefficient is very high; information security management mechanism is not perfect,there are loopholes in safety management. In order to put forward feasible suggestions, based on summary of information safety management of National University of Defense Technology in the study and put forward the following suggestions:to enhance the level of environmental management; strengthening technological innovation and technology management; focus on the talent construction; strengthening education support.
