| In the situation of global economics, integration of information and multinational management, the enterprises face the intense competitive environment of market. IT&IS become a strong weapon to win the competitive advantage for the enterprise. Although many enterprises put great investment in IT&IS, they don't get expected results. This problem is focused on by the academe and industry. A research is made on it, which find that the main reason of the failure is short of strategic alignment between BP and ISP. Now the research on theory and practice in strategic alignment still have some deficiencies :(1) What aspects are the well-knit points of strategic alignment of BP-ISP embodied;(2) Identify the domains which have key role and critical factors of strategic alignment of BP-ISP;(3) How to use the advantage of traditional methods of ISP and new ideas to realize strategic alignment. This needs to be resolved. To make up for the weakness, some questions below is discussed :(1) Firstly, this thesis analysis well-knit mechanism of BP and ISP and find the key domains and factors of Strategic alignment ;(2)Secondly, this thesis makes a research on Strategic Alignment Model deeply and summarizes the four ways. IT will bring forward a method and some approaches with the first way.(3) The hard-core is building business process model and information model. The thesis mainly study on the critical dynamic technique which supports BPR perfectly through research on all the techniques of BPR. By analysis all the modeling techniques, the thesis choose the most compatible technique—Petri Net. With correlative knowledge, this modeling technique is rebuilt to have the function of process model, and then realize dynamic modeling. And an example is illustrated to testify it.(4) In the end, the conclusion of the paper is summarized, and the future research topics are prospected.
