Since our country's distribution channel has been changing from the traditional models to modern models, there are lots of conflicts and disagreements between the channel members in this changing process. Although our home companies begin to put great attention on the construction of the distribution channel and prevention of the conflicts, there are no one integrate theoretic analysis that could be used in the special condition of China. So when the conflicts are happening, the companies have no mature and scientific solution system.Based on such distribution channel conditions, the theses try to combine China's special conditions and commercial ways with abroad research to find a mechanism, which is suitable for solving Chinese manufacture's distribution channel conflicts. First through analyzing the reasons of the communication and conscious that lead to channel conflicts, the thesis used game theory's prisoner dilemma model to analyze benefits game between the producers and sellers, and then design a relatively perfect and feasible mechanism that can control the lever of channel conflicts. For channel conflicts will certainly reallocate benefits among channel members and always badly destroy the manufacturer's interests, the manufacturer should establish a warning system and use the control power promptly to solve the conflicts problems.
