Hu's People-oriented Thought

After the central authorities leader of new party who regards Hu Jintao as the General Secretary is in power , successively proposed the "three was " thought that " right was used by the people , the feeling was for the people , the profit was made for the people ", general social development plan of " scientific development view of people first " (the Third Plenary Session of the Party Central Committee ) and " harmonious society " (the Fourth Plenary Session Of the 16th Party Central Committee ), the putting forward of these theories about the social development, has fully demonstrated Hu Jintao's ideological level of kissing routes of the people and giving priority to people's interests that people first. It also further explains looking for the truth and being practical and shows great foresight of our new leading collective of the Central Party Committee from another respect.At present, it is still far from satisfactory in studying Hu Jintao' s thought that people first. On one hand, it is mostly carried out in terms of trade, so it is a pity of systematic shortcomings and incompleteness; On the other hand, the research about this subject lays particular emphasis on the aspect of practice which needs to be promoted further theoretically. This leaves much room for the author to voice my opinion. This thesis demonstrates the author' s opinion mainly from the respects of theory and practiceThe main content of this thesis includes five respects:First, Hu Jintao' s history of the thought of people first bears therelation of continuing. From summarizing ancient pluses and minuses ofthis thought, it analyses the three central generations' thought for thepeople , from Mao Zedong' s " revolution for the people", Deng Xiaoping' sreform for the people " to the third generation' s 'Three Represents' theory, and draw the conclusion that Hu Jintao, s people first thought and former three generations leading collectives' thought be come down in a continuous line are all the same in essence .We will develop it while insisting and inherit it while developing.Second, Hu Jintao's scientific system of people first thought. Hu Jintao' s have outstood the importance of the " people first " thought in a lot of speeches. Among them more systematic argumentation reflects the three is " thought in the speech in Xibaipo. Much emphasis is laid on insisting on people first , establishing overall , coordinating , sustainable development view at the Third Plenary Session of the Eleventh Party Central Committee in 16 circle, promote economic society and overall development " and " harmonious society "at 16 sessions of social development general plan of that the Fourth Plenary Session Of the Party Central Committee put forward " of people' s. All these stress importance that people first.Third, embodiment in practice of Hu Jintao' s people first thought. After Hu Jintao appeared on the stage, key research and pay close attention have been conducted about agriculture, political party construction , government reform ,etc. * Three issues about agriculture " is regarded as being of the utmost importance. Close attention have been paid to countryside, care about peasants more, support agriculture. The Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the State Council send out the new * agricultural fist thought in File No. 1 " which fully reflects the leading collective of new generation on " three issues about agriculture * at the beginning of 2004.Fourth, Hu Jintao's of people first thought. The scientific development view and building the socialist harmonious society are the two main innovations of Hu Jintao. It is an inherent demand for socialism,the need of building social work of well-to-do level in an all-round way, and it is also the inevitable choice of complying with the historical development trend.The fifth, appraisal on Hu Jintao' s people first thought. People first thought is regard as the Central Party Committee of the General Secretary' s deeper understanding of the law of social development , the law of socialist construction and the law of Communist Party. It is the new development of the guiding idea of reform and opening-up and socialist modernization of our country.
