Social Development, Human Development Perspective

At present, our country is in reforming and opening-up and the strategic adjustment issue of socialist modernization. She is faced with such as international situation after the accession to the WTO, the complication of domestic various interests day by day and deep changing of well-off society in all-around way. How to make clear the relation of the People's Development and the Social Development in theory is a great subject which concerns the overall situation of the reform, development and steadiness of our country.Through comparing the People Thought in our ancient with the Marxist Thought in west, it deeply announces the intension of People First. Through reviewing the social development view and exploring each historical stages since the foundation of our country, it analyses briefly some key questions of the Scientific Development View. Finally,the article put the weight on how to promote the coordinated development of people and the society from the standing of structuring the socialist harmonious society.
