Based on the review of relative theory, the paper empirically studies organization dimensionality turnover of domestic employee from two viewpoints of turnover times and turnover direction. The current organization dimensionality turnover is a relatively prevalent phenomenon from the research of the turnover time. In the index of cross organization turnover times in every ten years, the employee of less than 24 years have more than others, the male have more than the female, the technological employee have far less than the managers, the employee with below junior college have more than others, party members have less than others, and the employee of state units have less than the half of these of other units. From the research of turnover direction, the turnover from state units to other units is the main stream in domestic current employee organization turnover, with different ages, sexes, vocations, educational levels and political visages. On the incline degree, the age teams from the high degree to the low degree are the team of 30 to 39, the team of less than 29 and the team of over 40, and the female's incline degree is higher than the male, the managers' is obviously higher than technological employee's, the employee's with higher educational level is on the contrary lower, and party members' is a little higher than others'. Based on checking and absorbing the former research achievements, the paper father analyses the relative theory in order to be able to correctly reflect the current condition of domestic employee organization turnover.
