Based On The Integrated Information System, Enterprise Information Resources Integration Mode

Enterprise' s informationization in China have gone across 20 years. Though it has gain much effect, Moreover, many enterprises have failed in informationization. Reasons are in many aspects, one of them very important reason is that in the course of information construction, many enterprises only pay attention to the research of the information technology and information system construction, does not pay attention to integrating and managing of information resources. They have not carried on research from information resource management strategy, mode and method.Integrating the information resources of enterprises is for better integrating managing to the information system and Strengthening the key competitiveness of enterprises. Should take on the basis of a platform when integrate to enterprise' s information resources. This platform not merely means the technological platform, it is a system integration platform even more.Study the concrete method and measure of enterprise' s information resource-sharing platform, and the concrete method of enterprise's information integration, to development and utilization efficiency improving enterprise' s information resources, improving enterprise' s competitiveness undoubtedly has a very important realistic meaning.Because of this, this text has integrated enterprise's hardware system and various kinds of application software systems of enterprise, and structure the information resource-sharing platform of an enterprise base on PDM, and realize through EIP. This text also studies the information resources integration method and mode of enterprise' s interior and external information resources on this platform, and researches the characteristics of enterprise's information resourcesintegration. With studying through an analysis of enterprise's case, to verify the importance of structuring a information resource-sharing platform based on PDM, in order to structuring the theory mode of enterprise' s information resources integration and method system frame. Particularly, this text mainly includes the following content:1. Integrating enterprise's hardware system and various kinds of application software systems, and described various kinds of method and strategy of integrating enterprise' s information system in detail. Structuring an information resource-sharing platform of an enterprise based on PDM system, realizing through EIP, for integrating sharing and laying a solid foundation of enterprise's interior and external information resources.2. On the basis of the enterprise information resource-sharing platform,discussing the enterprise' s interior information resources integrated and shared and realized from two angles of product information integration and management information integration. At last, pointing out the future development trend of enterprise's information integration is knowledge integration.3. On the basis of the enterprise information resource-sharing platform,probing into the integrating and sharing and realizing of enterprise' s external information resources from the angle of the supplying chain. Analysing the existing problems and method and measure of the information integration among enterprises of the supplying chain.4. Taking implementation of the second switch factory CIMS project in Beijing as an example, have analysed the current situation of the system integration and the information resources integration on the basis of PDM platform, point out its insufficient and providing some suggestions.
