The Study Of Organizing Of Enterprise Information Resources

With the advent of the network economy,Enterprises' informatization is the base of the further development of the enterprise. The key and core task of enterprises' informatization is the exploitation of information resources of which the key is to organize the information resources efficiently. Only based on reasonable and distinct enterprise information structure as well as the fulfillment of the deeply research on the organizing of information resources,it could be fully exploited to achieve the enterprises' informatization. Therefore,the research on organizing of enterprises' information resources has practical significance.This paper starts with the advantages and disadvantages of China enterprise' informatization and puts forward practical and reasonable steps and optimum means. This paper deeply studies the practical steps 2.By the study on information resources's definition and characteristic,the author analyses the utilization model of enterprise information resources. The distribution and position of Enterprise Information Services (EIS) in a enterprise is the key to guarantee the information structure clearly and efficiently. This article summarizes the various opinions of scholars on information structure,setting up the evaluation norm and data-communication model and improving the inside and outside structural model of EIS. With the support of definite and orderly information structure,we can create Information Resource Information System (IRIS) and Information Resource Network (IRN) conveniently to organize enterprise information resources dynamically.This article brings forth some new ideas:(1) Put forward practical and reasonable steps on enterprises' informatization;(2) Pose the concept of enterprise core information resource and peripheral information resource;(3) Renew the definition of enterprise information structure and design some evaluation norm and data-communication model and improving the inside and outside structural model of EIS;(4) Renew the definition of organizing information resources and choose the management standard of information resources as the intermediary of organizinginformation resources and organizing information;(5) Combining with concrete example,construct IRIS and IRN to organize information resources.
