China's Socialist Market Economy Period System Ethical Analysis

Institutional ethics is the legitimacy and equality of the political, economic and social institution, which ensures human and his opposition, right, interest are equal, free and just.Along with the development of the socialist market economy institution and the advance of the democratic politics, the value rationality of institution, such as equality, freedom, and demacrocy etc bigan gushing and making widely known, which displayed an ethical correct developmental direction. However, institutional ethics had historical defects: it is complete, formalized and vacant. So we must find the correct way which can surmount these limitations,and by the way of developing system, make institution play an important role in the development of politics, economy and society.Foreword elaborates that in contemprory China the question of institutional ethics has beening bulged because of the times' reason, and reveals the developmental locus and importance of institutional ethics. It also anlyses the achievement and the insufficient on the study of institutional ethics in contemprory China, furthermore it poses the basic thinking of further research.Tirst chapter explains that the development of the market economy system and of the democratic politics, as well as the advancement of rule by law and rule of virtue has facilitated the return of institutional ethics, showing the developmental direction of institutional ethics.The second chapter "limitation of institutional ethics" expounds that, owing to the defect of system and the inherent tension between human and system, in the market economy period institutional ethics has been stillvacant, discomplete and formalized.The last chapter analyses the possibility and way of surrounding the limits above, and betokens that institutional ethics will have a developmental bright future.
