Project Evaluation Of The World Bank, Adb, Unido And China Comparative Study

Project is an unique work, which an orgnization will do for the planned goal on the condition of limited resourses. Project evaluating is a comprehensive evaluation from the facets of economy ,society ,ecology and technique, the aim of the evaluating is to decide whether a project is feasible or not . A variety of economic, social and ecologic problems such as ecomomy depression, war, femine, poverty, resoures exhausted, are threating the sustainable developmengt of human being. It is a hot problem that how to realize ecomomy, society and ecology sustainable development. For the problems above mengtioned, benefits of ecomomy, society and ecology will be considered when evaluating projects. Focal point of project evaualting may be various for the different subjects. World Bank, Asian Development Bank and UNIDO are the biggest economic organizations, they have offered a large amout of money aid for many countries every year. Because of the focal point when they evaluating a project may be different, for the same project, the conclusion may be different, and this will decide whether they will offer money aid or not. World Bank, ADB and UNIDO have respectively advanced project evaluating methods. The purpose of writing this paper is to study this advanced methods, and put it use to the project evaluation of my country, then realize sustainable development of society and economy.
