| With the more rapid development of globalization and more fierce competition, regional innovation has become the decided factor for the region economy to take advantage of rival partners. It's vital to understand the present situation of regional innovation system and the potential of it, furthermore, it's vital for the government policy-making and it provides policy basis to the nation innovation program.So in order to assess the innovation capacity of one region comprehensively and to compare the innovation capacity of different region I set up a series of indices system.First, this essay makes a comprehensive statement on the related research of regional innovation capacity home and abroad. And then, basing on the innovation theory, the essay makes a survey on subsystem of the regional innovation system and the component of regional innovation capacity by using system and web opinion. As a result, it sets up the scientific evaluation indices system of regional innovation capacity and it analyzes the mechanism, which is, regional innovation can stimulate regional economical development. In accordance with mass of data, using SPSS software and factor analysis, this essay provides a whole evaluation for 11 cities of Hebei province regional innovation capacity and offers a present situation analysis on regional innovation capacity of Hebei and yet finds out its advantages and disadvantages, therefore, makes a cluster analysis on the evaluation result. Finally, the essay offers some policies and suggestions on promoting the regional innovation capacity. |
