Technical Barriers To Trade In International Trade, Research, And Coping Strategies

China entering into WTO means that enterprises entering into complete market competition which brings both challenges and opportunities. With the rapid development of globalization, tariff barriers in international trade are more and more decreased. On the contrary, technical barriers to trade, such as technical code, technical standard, and so on , have stood out recently. China is the biggest developing country in the world. The export conduct of China is facing the challenge from developed countries' TBT. To some extent,the technical barriers will became the big barrier in our export trade in the 21 st centry.In order to solve the problem of TBT better,I did a little study to the technical barriers to trade existing in our international trade and hope it is helpful for the TBT of our international trade.The paper has five parts,in the first part,firstly,I defined the trade barrier,technical barriers to trade,and technical barrier,so that we can know them better.Secondly,I wrote why the TBT came into being and its background.It is because of the trade protectionism of developed countries.Thirdly,I discussed the TBT and "The Agreement of TBT',they are the different concept in some aspects. Fourthly,I introduced the forms of TBT.its scope and its characteristics.In the second part,I introduced the TBT of some developed countries,such as USAJapan,and EU.In the next part I analyzed the causes of TBT's impacts to our country .And in the fourth part, which is the core of my paper,I gived several advices that how to deal with TBT,that is ,our government and enterprices should attach importance to the study of TBT.The last part is the tag of my paper.
