Study Of The Wto's Technical Barriers To Trade

With the development of international trade and economic globalization, great changes have taken place with the trade methods. Tariff level and traditional non-tariff measures such as quota and license have been cutting down in order to create wilder freedom of international trade. On the other hand, the technical barriers to trade, as a more concealed trade protection measure, are becoming the main body of international trade barrier, especially for the development countries. Therefore, it is very important to analyze the nature and features of the technical barriers and find out suitable our suitable countermeasures.The thesis consists of five parts as well as introduction and ending, nearly 40,000 words altogether. At fist, the article carried on the detailed analysis towards the basic knowledge and the agreement in WTO involving TBT, then dynamic state to analyze the agreement on TBT.
