On The The Zhumadian Dicos Spring Restaurant Feasibility Study

This thesis is a result of feasibility research of opening an western style fast food chain restaurant in Zhumadian City Henan Prov. Under the modern project management analyzing structure, fully analyzed the project to be invested in all technology and economic research, multi scientific method and research way are implemented to analyze this project in technology, economic and finance. Through the computing and analysis and investigation, the best solution was found and supplied scientific proves for this project.The analyzing goal is Dicos Spring Restaurant, and the author mainly discussed whether this project is applicable. In order to show the investors this project is applicable, the author analyzed this project if four aspects: market feasibility, technology feasibility, finance feasibility and risk feasibility.In the first part of market feasibility, the market environment and business circle were analyzed, because these two kind of aspect aspects are the main elements which affect the fast food operating and management. In the analysis , the technology feasibility was discussed, the technologies of address choosing and project implementing technology, the project plan and implementing are also introduced. In the part of finance analyzing, the author analyzed the whether this project can bring profit to the investors, it is mainly discussed through some financial indicators. And at last, the author made an risk analysis about the inner operating and management, it is helpful to promote the acknowledge about the risk of this project, and reinforce the management about the risks, so that the expected profit can be earned.The innovation of this thesis is innovations on the solution methods. Most documents about the project feasibility is about the market and finance. In this thesis, the project planning method and implementing ways are also studied, thus the project became very clear and easy to be controlled and managed. Furthermore, the author was not limited by the methods or ways, but focused on the effect.This thesis can be divided into seven chapters. The first chapter is an overview, introduced the main theories and methods of feasibility research, prepared for followingstudy. In the second chapter, the basic conditions of this project are introduced. From the third chapter to the sixth chapter, the author analyzed the feasibility of the project from the aspects of markeU technology > finance ^ risks, finally the feasibility of this project was found out. In the seventh chapter, the author gave the suggestions for this project.
