China's Rural Land System Research

As the base and core in various systems of countryside, Land System always is the focus by People. In face of various problems in land system, a lot of experts and scholars have done a lot in this field including explanations and suggestions. This paper wants to do something too. The analysis of my paper based on the review and prospect for Land System Transformation in China. Trying hard to hold the direction of changes of Land System in china by long-time study.Besides foreword, this paper consists of three parts. In the first part, the author made an analysis on connotation and operation characteristic of land system, and then has reviewed the changes of the rural land system after P.R.C. foundation, and made comments on the rural land systems of each period; In the second part, the author discussed the problems in existing land system, and analyzed the reasons that caused the said problems; The third part is a key component of this text, which probes into the thinking of perfecting the existing rural land system, principle of the farmland system reforms. It proposes solving the countermeasure of the problems. I insist reforming the existing rural land system from perfecting property system, usage system, circulate system of contractual management etc. At the same time, the article points out that the rural land system reform is a system engineering, which needs a series of coordinated reforms to support it.
