Analysis, Business People-oriented City

The city is the centre of a human economic activity, and it is the modern human gathering ground too. Since industrial society, people have regarded the city as economic competition place. Meanwhile, the various problems of cities are emerging constantly, and are perplexing people. Then, people have proposed the urban management to solve various kinds of problems appearing in city development.At the end of the 1990s last century, our country raised a wave of urban management upsurge. But because people lack correct understanding to the urban management, the urban management develops into a new " movement of enclosures " soon. The urban management has improved the urban outlook, but it has also exhausted land resource and widened the gap between the rich and the poor.The Central Party Committee of the Third Plenary Session of the 16th Party Central Committee put forward the new development view "people-oriented", wich can be regarded as the guidelines of urban management. The structure of this thesis is divided into four chapters. Chapter One introduces the Chinese urban management background.Chapter Two sets up the theory frame of the urban management. This chapter is a theoretical foundation of the whole thesis. In section one, the author introduced the development course of humanism systematically. In Section Two, the author made dialectical analysis to the thought of "people-oriented" and sustainable development view. In Section Three, the author structures the urban management theory frame.Chapter Three points out city issue to urban management course, and analyses the reason that produces these questions. Chapter Four instructs the urban management with the idea of "people-oriented", promote the sustainable development of the city. The author also puts forward the countermeasure of urban management.Innovation of this thesis: 1. The research angle perspective innovation of the studying. Adopt the angle that "people-oriented" to study the urban management.2.The urban management includes material capital management, manpower capital management and social capital management. It has enriched the intension of the urban management 3. With regarding "people-oriented" as the idea of urban management, we can correctly deal with contradiction of population, resource, environment and society.
