China's Urbanization Process Of Community Economic Development Study

Community economy in our country is developing in the course of political and economic reform. At present, the government changes the function; the enterprises free from social function; the staff change from "unit man" into "social man". Community economy belonging to the third sector economy, which different from government and market, meets needs of pluralism of principal part and steady development of social. Community economy plays increasingly important role in using social resources rationally and creating more employment opportunities.Our country is at stage which urbanization developed at a high speed, and the number and the scale of cities and the urban population increase constantly. The rural residents flowing to large cities and small towns have small self-identity, and original boorish life concept and style have too heavy to change. In our country, community economy comes form street economy, and its economic subjects, property right structure and operating mechanism is different from street economies'. Community economy relying on the community has two types, commercial type and non-commercial type. And it has the nature that community welfare maximizes.Community economy plays important role to absorb workforce, which on the one hand it can meet the increasing needs of service of residents, on the other can create numerous employment opportunities. Joining in community economy, residents can bring self-identity of urban and rural residents can change their life concept and style.Because development system of community economy is unperfected and development concept of community economy is laggard, community economy has many questions also. The paper describes current situation and question of community economy of our country and analyzes the reason of the questions. At last, the paper put forward the policies to the community development in the process of urbanization from those factors which city development concept, government'sfunction, infrastructure construction, property right structure reform and training the NGO, etc.This dissertation includes 5 parts. In part 1, the dissertation discusses the background and meaning of studying community economy development. In Part 2, the dissertation discusses the concept of community economy, distinguishes the different from street economy, and analyzes the functions from three sides of society, economy and service. In part 3, it expounds facilitation of community economy to urbanization, from the relation between community and urbanization, to change life style and concept, to shift rural laborer function, to set up urban sense of ownership. In part 4 the dissertation analyzes current situation of community economy development under the background of urbanization, and analyzes the typical questions and the main reasons. It puts forward policies form to change development concept, to consummate government function, to dispel barrier of flowing, to perfect infrastructure construction and to develop NGO several respects in part 5.
