The Operation Of The Dual Political Power Structure And Genetic Analysis

Dualism is the main feature of modern Chinese political structure, in which the state power institutions with the people's congress as their center and the party power institutions coexist. This paper consists of three parts. The first part centers on the structure's main content and its functional characteristics, on the basis of which its features of authority are summarized. The second part deals with its social and historical background and its functioning basis. This paper believes that the way the structure came into being is closely related with the Party's role in setting up the state. China's traditional political values and the modern transforming social atmosphere provide psychological and social basis. The third part discusses the problems in its functioning which the author believes are duo to vague definition and lack of restriction which lead to in effective administration of the power .In the end, the author puts forward several possible approaches to the problems in accordance with our actual national conditions.
