On The Prevention Of Corruption Criminal Legal System Perfect

Anti-corruption is a political issue all over the world. In China , it's a serious political struggle about the country's future. Now, it is the hot time of the Chinese corruptions'taking place. As to my points, in China, the real reason of the bribery and corruption'taking place is the presentation of the system's disadvantages. In our country, the system's disadvantages exit on four aspects: too more and too concentrated public authorities, arbitrariness of the authorities'use, unfairness of the benefit's division, supervision system's failure. As a public attorney, I try to find some way to govern or even to purge the corruption: 1, Independent agency and perfect laws can make officials fear to corrupt. 2, Scientific and perfect working specifications can provide officials little even no room to corrupt. 3, Information's publicity, Public's knowing, medium's supervision and perfect system of people's representative policy are the basement of anti-corrupt. 4, Adequate salaries and better welfare can make officials no needs to corrupt.
