Urban Community Safety And Crime Prevention Research Based On Situational Prevention

As the acceleration in the process of urbanization, there is an obvious tendency that the crime rate in city community is raising. As a result, community safety and crime pre vention have attracted widespread attention from the society all round.With the aim of city community safety and crime prevention, this paper collect and analyze the research results of related theory and status quo of their application at home and abroad, furthermore, we propose relevant methods of community safety and crime prevention based on related theory of situational prevention. Apart from this, the paperregards it as an entry point to thoroughly analyze some factors including personnel structure, spatial distribution, communal facilities, and management mechanism and so on which influence the basic characteristics of crime rate in community. Under the frame of situational prevention, this research, mainly the combination with environmental prevention theory(CPTED) and related theoretical studies under multidimensional auxiliary optic angles, takes Qujiang Pool community as an example to do instance analysis, and then brings forth to some reform designing schemes and makes up designing models, for instance, entrance-exit reform method, rest area reform method, highway design model, public facilities distribution model, etc., finally applying to the design of city community safety and crime prevention.、The research, from community safety and current situation of crime, discusses how to achieve the aim of community safety and crime prevention by means of social environment improvement in the aspects of theory and practice, and does some theoretical research of community crime problems. On this basis, it verifies improvement scheme, and has theoretic value and practical significance to city community safety.
