Middle East plays the important role in the world economics and politics and it is the main point that attracts many countries attention. During the Cold War period, America and Soviet are two roles that affect each other's strategy in the Middle East. Under the structure of the cold war, America tries to maintain the current Middle East frame and want to found the force in the area to support United States from politics, economics and culture etc.The thesis tries to get the new cognition of America's Middle East strategy through the analysis of its policy and the situation of Middle East.After the cold war, the three presidents and five governments want to establish the absolute predominance in Middle East and try to rebuild the new system in the area through completely alteration. The new system in Middle East of America combines its strategy benefit with the politics problem of Middle East Islamic countries which may not only affect the Middle East countries development but also work on the world economics and politics development.The thesis covers four parts.The first part includes the factors that affect the America's Middle East strategy. It begins with the Middle East's stratagem resources and geopolitical strategy, analyzes important status in the world. Then, the article translates the factors including philosophy of America's culture and conservatism to get the effect to America's Middle East strategy and then get the conclusion-- from Middle East Exceptionalism to Democracy transformism.The second part analyses the America Middle East strategy. Firstly, the article construes the status that Middle East strategy occupies in its world strategy. Secondly, thethesis get America's post-cold war Middle East frame from the analysis of the policy of three American presidents. The third part gives the idea that the Middle East democracy transformation is "Made-in-America" democracy. First, the article analyses the strategy environment that America faces in the process of Middle East transformation. Second, the article gives the concepts of Americanism and democratization indicates that the democratization actually is Americanism.The forth part analyses the effects to world situation. The article analyses the effects from two aspects- area safety and world condition. Then it get the conclusion that the complete democracy is based on Middle East itself not the forces from outside which can only lead to chaos.
