| Starting from the macroscopic backgrounds of the development of community, the paper analyses some concepts and essential factors about community. In addition, this paper analyses the relationship between the development of economic and the management pattern of community. From the point of the recent situation of management in less-developed area, the paper analyses the main problems of the management in community in the area.Meanwhile, the paper compares the different background, features, contradiction of the management pattern of community in different periods, and it studies the three factors of self-management in community. Based on these, the paper discusses the conditions that the self-management pattern needs and the gap between the less-developed area and it. At the same time, the paper compares the management pattern of community in foreign countries with the less-developed area's in order to draw lessons from them.At the last, according to the relations between the power of administration and public's self-management, the paper classify the whole processor of the management pattern of community to four stages, each stage has its own pattern. The less-developed area just locates in the transitional period between the breeding period and the prior period, so it needs more assistance from the government as well as the cultivation of abilities to self-management. |
