The Research Of Urban Residents To Participate In Community Management Of The Current Situation, Problems And Visions

Compared with Western countries, China's urban community construction and management time is not long. Theory and practice there are still a number of issues that must be studied and resolved. And the residents of communities in the urban community construction and management of the internal driving force, is the building of urban communities where the real source. However, I believe that, China's current urban community construction and management of the biggest issues facing the residents is precisely the effective participation. This will definitely affect the urban communities further development, thereby affecting the entire building of a harmonious society.I am currently engaged in community work, in practical work in the community have been interested and some of exploration. I am trying to use what we learned in the management of public knowledge through case studies, and literature survey research methods, combining the practice, at this stage of our urban communities in the status and conduct a more in-depth system analysis, and propose appropriate countermeasures and constructive opinions to guide practice.The full text is divided into three parts.
