Along with the China's entrance into the WTO and the establishment and consummation of the socialist market economic system, the China's non-profit organization encountered the unprecedented development opportunity, simultaneously it also was facing the challenge which the more intense market competition caused, namely how it can exist and develop in market competition. The heavy shortage of the excellent managers have greatly restricted the enhancement of the organization competitive ability and its healthy development. The main reason for this shortage is non-professionalization and non-specialization of China's non-profit organization managers. Another reason is without a full set system for attracting , encouraging and supervising to those excellent managers and do not form the same professional managers system as America do. The study of this thesis , which specially pin on the China's non-profit organization introducing managers and its system construction , will benefit enriching the theory of non-profit organization management , and will be good for the establishment and consummation of professional managers system of China's non-profit organization, meanwhile, it also will impact on the growth of professional managers and the establishment of the teams of professional managers, and will be good for the development of China's non-profit...
