Migrant Workers Labor Rights Protection Research

In recent years, there are more and more peasants go out to find work. According to the sample and investigation of State Statistics Bureau, rural labor force worked to go out amount to 113,900,000 in 2003, the contribution to the increased income of peasant was about 37.1%. In recent years, their important function and existence state in the social economic development have already aroused the attention of social circles.Our government has devoted more efforts to protecting the legal rights of migrant worker. The central and local governments have made more new policy and order to pull down the hedge of the original system, explored and established new system in some of the administrative divisions. It is taller and taller that the voice and interests of the security of migrant worker's legal rights, the migrant worker's own consciousness of safeguarding their rights is stronger and stronger.However, the rights and interests safeguard work of migrant worker still has a lot of problems, their condition is very worrying. Under the existing frame of legal system and the judicature mechanism, it is difficult to solve aforesaid problem lastingly and completely by simply depend on the way of administration. Solving the problem need more participant, include the ones nourishing the dream of social harmony and migrant workers themselves.
