| In terms of development of modern insurance industry, insurance fund is a main pillar in the existence and development of modern insurance. In the countries where the insurance flourished, the insurance investment income constitutes the main part in insurance profit. Since it constructs directly with a great deal of funds, there exists investment risk. In order to assure insurance organizations invest on the basis of following the principle of safety, liquidity and income, many counties have built complete law system of insurance investment supervision. Although there is the construction of total frame in the current insurance investment law system, compared with other nations and regions, China insurance investment supervision law system still has lots of problems and has a big margin with the international insurance investment. It results in the phenomenon that a great deal of funds possessed by China insurance organizations is limited in a narrow investment in China. After entering WTO, facing the competition from the foreign counterparts, our insurance industry must guarantee the profits through investment and increase liquidation ability and operation stability. Therefore, to adapt with the development of insurance and the process of entering WTO, we must improve and supplement the current insurance investment supervision system, in order to supply the law guarantee for the legal insurance investment. In the paper, through the research into the investment supervision law system in some countries with flourished insurance industry, and the analysis on China law system connected with insurance investment, the author makes great efforts to seek the new insurance investment supervision law system.
