Urbanization is absolutely the necessary step of economic development and industrialization in China. However, with the quickening urbanization and to guarantee the acquisition for land, many peasants' land is taken over for use by state and the number of land-deprived peasants is rapid rising. The peasants lose not only their land that supports their living and provides for their aged, but also lose the main resource for maintaining their family standing. To really guarantee their daily living, the essential way is to be employed for them and perfect the social security.With the rapid rising of urbanization in Henan Province, the peasants' land is taken over for use larger and larger in area, the employment and social security issues of land-deprived peasants become increasingly serious.
