The Analysis Of The Out-Of-Land Peasands Life Conditions And The Study Of Countermeasures During Expanding Of The Urbanization

The economic development and socailist modernization in China is closely connected with urbanization. Yet, with the quickening urbanization, the questions such as environment and society unavoidably arise. The most remarkable one of all is: with a lot of peasants'land being taken over for use by state, the peasants partly or completely lose their land which supports their living,so a new social group—land—deprived peasants arise.With the rapid rising of urbanization in Nanning city, the large amounts of arable land is commandeered in suburban district, especially on the outskirts.In contrast to some cities, it is with normal human feeling that the land in Nanning city is taken over for use by state ,the peasants are reimbursed in full on time,some measure that makes proper arrangments for the placement of land—deprived peasants.But in fact,state' requisitioning land is still reasonable enough, getting compensation for peasants is not full,social security system that provides adequate job opportunities for land—deprived peasants is not yet established and perfected completely. How to take measures to help them seek other employment opportunities has been a cential issue. It is not only closely linked to peasants' making an adequate living but also to social stability, so we must pay great attention to it.It took me one month for me to make a field investigation into (analyse and make a detailed study of) Renyi Village in Nanning city where much land has been requisitioned for a few years, mostly by means of questionnaire, case interview, observation, summary and contrastive analysis, etc. on the basis of this, I try to find the main solution to the problem about land—deprived peasants of Nanning city so that it is received anadequate attention by related agency. The article is divided into five parts. The first part is foreword, which specific on introducing background, purpose and significance of the research, literature review and research design. The second part is overview of the study area and the analysis of survey samples, which specific on the overview of the Renyi village and Nanning city, focus on the requisition land cases of the Renyi village in recent years and the effects of land requisition to the village. The third part is the survey analysis of the out-of-land peasands life conditionss in Nanning city , which specific on the life conditions of the out-of-land peasandsand the analysis of the reasons.The forth part propose countermeasures which solving the way of the out-of-land peasands life. The fifth part is the main research conclusions and the problems which need further study.
