Transformation Of Legal Consciousness Research

The modernization of law in China began from the transplant of western law. Its characteristic includes: the continuous progressing of law, having no clear terminal goal, is the localization of law, is an entirety project. The modernization of consciousness of law is the main section of the modernization of law. Consciousness of law consists of all kinds of law subjective, it is special mass's reaction of mentality and subjective to phenomena of law based on their law psychology formed in special social environment.The forming of consciousness of law is the road must be followed to construct legal construction and harmonious society. However, the situation of China is special complicated, especially in the course of society transformation. The society of nowadays China consists of three parts: political state, grant civil society and ingenious society. The consciousness of law of member in ingenious society is very low, so, in order to cultivate consciousness of law of national we have to transform the feature of ingenious society, prove it becomes a stranger society which is according to the development of modern society. To reach this goal, we should accomplish institution of census register, put urban and rural integration into practice, and we should push on reform of rural primary regime.
