Human society development to the beginning of 21st century, has experienced roughly from the agricultural civilization to the industry civilization transformation, the phenomenon of "the antinomy" of the civilized progress and the survival crisis coexist appears more obvious now. The ecology crisis which brings by the environmental pollution spread rapidly and the natural ecology is increasingly fierce day by day. The ecology crisis in essentially actually is a crisis if human can survives or not! So, facing the phenomenon of ecology crisis repeatedly occurrence, the human should have a self-examination, must fully be supposed to and improves. Consider on the side of Jural People, the, the market malfunctions and the government malfunctions is the most obvious two causes of the ecology crisis. Therefore, give up the human center principle of the environment power orientation, discards some unreasonable factor of "the human center principle",Adopt the reasonable factor of "the ecology center principle", is the right way which the human deal with the ecology crisis.
