Study On The Problems Of Peasant Workers Joining The Trade Union

Migrant workers are a special group in the process of urbanization and industrialization in our country,which is also a special product of China's two yuan household registration system.The essence of the problem of migrant workers is the problem of social development,which is the problem of realizing the citizenization of rural surplus labor in the process of China's modern transformation and urbanization.At present,migrant workers have become the main body of the industrial workers,the new force of the staff and workers,the new force to boost economic and social development.Chinese trade unions want to develop and expand,it is necessary to absorb the most important part of the working class of migrant workers into their own organizations.In reality,there are still a large number of migrant workers did not join the union.They are lack of motivation or subjective,or lack of objective way,how to form a forced mechanism,"ask me to join" to "I want to join,as they open up membership of the" last mile ",has become the new opportunities for trade unions at all levels are widely facing the new challenges.Taking Jiangxi Province as an example,this paper analyzes the problem of migrant workers' difficulty from the perspective of the behavior path of peasant workers' trade union.The clear concept of migrant workers,analysis the characteristics of migrant workers,reviewing the history and current situation of organization of migrant workers to join the trade union work,combing the Western Union and developed provinces of union organization of migrant workers to join the successful experience of the union,through the construction of migrant workers' Union and the model of trade union organization loyalty behavior,difficult problems and the reasons for the existence of membership organization of migrant workers work summary the migrant workers organizations under the new situation put forward countermeasures and suggestions to join the union.
