China's Administrative Organs Internal Supervision Over Law Enforcement Issues And Countermeasures

With the features of directness, swiftness as well as specialty, the inter-supervision over administrative law-enforcement of administrative organs dominates the supervision system of administrative law-enforcement, and plays an important role in supervising and urging administrative organ to conduct law-based administration, safeguarding the legal rights and interests of citizens, legal persons and other organizations, and setting up the good image of administrative organ. However, there have been so many problems in the inter-supervision over administrative law-enforcement of administrative organs that the effect thereof has not been brought into full play. Therefore, it has been an issue deserving further study on how to strength and improve the inter-supervision over administrative law-enforcement of administrative organs.Three parts have been formulated in this article, of which the first part states the theoretical issues of concepts, features, categories and current status as well as the necessity; the second part analyses the main problems such as supervision legislation, the supervision system, the contents of supervision, the effect of supervision as well as supervision procedure existing in inter-administrative law-enforcement supervision of administrative organs; adjoining the counter measures of other countries and actual status in China, the third part discusses therapy on how to strength and improve the inter-supervision over law-enforcement of administrative organs.
