The Research Of Civil Supervision In Administrative Law Enforcement Problem

Nowadays, democratic construction in our country has been developed in a new phase. Administrative law enforcement department in our country play an important role in the democratic construction of our country, and whether they can strict, just and civilized execute or not determine the direction of democratic construction of our country. Administrative law enforcement involves in many aspects, and it affects citizen’s profit in their daily life. Therefore, for both law enforcement agency and law enforcement officer, the basic requirements are insisting in strict, just and civilized enforcing law. As a consequence, reinforce citizen supervision in the administrative law enforcing is not only a part of the system of administrative law enforcement normalized construction, but a guarantee of law enforcement normalized operation. Citizen supervision in administrative law enforcement is a social activity that citizens supervise advice and correct the law enforcement agency and law enforcement officer in their administrative law enforcing obey the specific legal procedures. However, the current citizen supervision system still has deficiencies, and that affect greatly in the actual results of citizen supervision. This should be reformed and improved.This thesis uses document analysis method and inductive analysis method to introduce the concept, function and forms of citizen supervision in the administrative law enforcement. Through this way, to analyze the problems in citizen supervision in the administrative law enforcement and find out the reasons of the problems by using the theory of people’s sovereign. Finally, aiming at fundamental issues, to give advice and suggestions of realizing citizen supervision in the administrative law enforcement by finding out the restrict factors in citizen supervision in the administrative law enforcement in our country. In this way, the writer expects to do the research to help improving citizen supervision in the administrative law enforcement, and point the direction of strict, just and civilized execution. Meanwhile, it is also a necessity to structure democratic construction and harmonious society.
