Administrative Supervision Law Enforcement Level Studies

Supervision of administrative law enforcement is one of the functions of administrativemanagement, which is the important part of administrative management system. It takes conductsupervision and inspection of the administrative organization for law enforcement and their staffsto correct deviations and errors without delay, ensure the administrative organization for lawenforcement handle affairs strictly and legally, achieve the national total task and total goal,which plays an important role in the country political activities and administrative management.In our country, the administrative hierarchical supervision plays an important role of thesupervision of administrative law enforcement, which did not get enough attention with asignificant role in quite long time. The reasons for this phenomenon are many aspects. With thepromotion of law-based administration comprehensively, the current administrative lawenforcement level of supervision system of China lags obviously. This paper takes Dongying asan example, through the analysis of current situation of supervisory work in China’sadministrative law enforcement level, to find out the imperfections, such as legislation,supervision of power shortage, weak supervision means. Put forward some ideas andcountermeasures, to improve the administrative law enforcement hierarchical supervision system,which combined with the advanced experience of the administrative law enforcementsupervision in foreign countries and Hongkong area and the realities in our country, such asspeeding up the administrative supervision law, integration of existing resources ofadministrative law enforcement supervision, the hierarchical supervision can better play itseffectiveness.
