On The Fairness Of The Tourism Terms Of The Contract And Its Implementation Mechanisms

The conflict between the rapid development of tourism industry and the relative backwardness of the legislation on travel affairs demands a further study on the travel contract. In order that the statute and regulations for the travel contract can help the healthy and rapid development of the Chinese tourism industry, the rights and obligations of the interested parties in a travel contract shall be distributed reasonably and the risks in a travel contract be burdened appropriately under the general idea of the social justice. Under the guide of this idea, the writer discusses the justice of the terms of a travel contract and how to ensure the realization of justice with the effort of the state, sociogroups and the interested parties of the travel contract.
