After entering WTO. facing with the most urgent international financial competition, we only need find the problems practically, adapt the financial industry's mixing operation of international magatrends, change unadvisable patterns, contents and system of financial supervision, and then strengthen it, and at the same time realize the safe link between domestic and international financial markets to maintain the economic development. The purpose of the paper is to reveal the problems exists in the field of our country's financial supervision. It analyses the theory of financial supervision and the developing trend of supervisory practice. It also uses the experiences of American and Japanese reforms of financial supervisory system with reference and proposes some of the ground opinions and suggestions of ourselves to consummate our financial supervisory system from the law.
