Society To Build A Reasonable Position In The Government And Its Behavior

It is a new and important historical task for the government to establish a harmonious socialism society. While establishing a harmonious society, the government must fix a reasonable position for itself and its behaviors. Through the analysis about the connotation of a harmonious society, this paper comes to an conclusion: with humans development as the basis, humans harmony as the core, humane care as the gist, the viewpoint that the realization of the harmonious society must depend on the idea of put people first is put forward in the paper; Subsequently, the conclusion that put people first is the core value and essential characteristic of a harmonious society comes out. At the same time, some inharmonious phenomena in the modern society are analyzed in the paper; and it is stated in the paper that the important reason why these inharmonious phenomena exist is because of the deviation of the governmental behaviors in the past. On this basis, the conclusion is drawn out that the basic requirement for the government to establish a harmonious society is to put people first. Besides, it is pointed out in the paper that the government must refax its position in establishing a harmonious society, building public-serving government and standardizing its policy and administration behaviors under this principle. Then the consistent and connotation of public-serving government is further analyzed: with humanism as its value basis, serving the people as the principle, satisfying the publics needs as the aim, under the supervision and with the participation of the public, the main task of public-serving government is to establish a new government style of offering more and better public products and service.
