The rising and developing of social professional associations is an inexorable trend in our country. Their establishment and operation involve many realms of law, and they enrich domains of these disciplines and put forward challenge. Firstly , this dissertation explores systematically many aspects of China FootballAssociation (ie CFA)-the typical representative of professional associationsfrom the perspective of administrative law. It makes a special effort to study and analyze the particular position and function of CFA in administrative law relationship. Secondly , this dissertation analyzes the various administrative law relationship between CFA and government and internal members of this association. It makes a special effort to ascertain the essential nature of administrative procedure law relationship between CFA and interal members, and to study all kinds of legal subjects rights and duties in different relationship to define CFA. As a characteristic paradigms of professional associations with official backgrounds, CFA should become a defendant in administrative litigation when it performs operation and management to all local football associations, vocational football clubs, vocational football players,referees and so on. Therefore, CFA' public power behaviour which probably or certainly harms to its interal members 'essential rights based on constitutional prescription should be given judicial review.The first chapter is about nature of CFA and intervention of judicial power to professional autonomy. In the first place, CFA possesses general professional associations fundamental property and is a kind of judicial person for official services based on autonomy, because it is a professional management association in the field of football athletics and requires cultivation and management from the state organ especially government.
