Confucius Political Ethical Theory

The whole ideology of Confucius is the mutual interaction of ethical politics and political ethics. In the process , ethics and politics mixed together so that they could not be open. In accordance with this situation, this article did further analysis and made initial investigation from seven perspectives . They are as follows : One, Basic concepts (Benevolence and Ceremony) and their relationship ; Two , The starting point of philosophy: Each person has moral attributes and a tendency to kindness ;Three , Social political pursuits: ideal society—a political Utopia with theintrinsic feature of Benevolence ; real society —a fairly prosperous and secureworld with the intrinsic feature of Ceremony ; Four , The relationship among ethics, morality and politics: I want to demonstrate that ethics is the base of politics and politics is the purpose , object to be serviced and approach for promotion of ethicsfrom three facets—the relationship between the morality and the system ofpunishment in which morality played a main role while punishment played a subsidiary role; the course of political implementation: the cultivation of morality and reformation; the relationship between the sovereign and the vassals, which is not only the relationship of power restrict, but also the moral adjustment ; Five, Policies togovern a country: Rule Of Morality —internal lead ; Rule Of Ceremony—external assistance; Six , Ways to lead : Governing without doing anything comes true by means of self—rectification and self—cultivation of the administrators , moral civilization and reformation and selecting and employing the good ; Seven , The aim to administer national affairs : The purpose to console the common people can be put into effect by breeding , richening and civilizing people . This article points out that even though Confucianism came into existence at the late of the Spring and Autumn period more than two thousand years ago , it has a great deal of inspiration and uses for profound references at present . we should curb and limit its disadvantages as possible as we can, and try our best to assimilate and develop its advantages in order to press forward the construction of the system of The Socialist Rule Of Morality.
