China is a developing country with typical dual economic structures. On the one hand, there are modern economic departments which are represented by urban industries; on the other hand, traditional agricultural departments characterized as manual work have not been industrialized and urbanized. Consequently, a series of social conflicts and problems have resulted from the dual economic structures, such as distributing income inappropriately, the unbalanced development between different regions and enlarging the differences between urban and rural areas, and so on. As a result, there is an unavoidable vicious circle resulting in "Twin Disasters" in succession, which interfere with the advancement of china in the course of modernization.Investigation and analysis of peasant's problems, particularly those concerning ethic thoughts held by the peasants during the economic-shifting period, and probe into the tendency of Chinese peasant's ethic thoughts after the shifting period, will help ideologically understand contemporary peasant's current thought situation ,problems as well as the real reason of them, find ways to change the situation of falling behind and improve the quality of the whole Chinese peasant-class during the current period. Finally, through perfect point of the city and countryside, it will accelerate the shift from dualistic economy structure to modern economy structure.This paper includes three parts : introduction, body and conclusion.
