Study On The Problem Of Career Transition Of Landless Peasants In The City Of Mudanjiang

Since the1990s,the urbanization in China has entered a period of rapid advance, although urbanization is an important symbol of civilization and progress of human society, and the only way to solve the three rural issues in China, however, along with the continuous progress of it, a large number farmers lost settle down, but also brought a rapid expansion of social group-landless peasants, due to the fall behind of reform of China’s land requisition system, many land less peasants, land acquisition compensation fee is low and so on, coupled with ineffective resettlement of landless peasants, the poor capacity of re-employment, and the social security system is not perfect, such problem cannot be effectively addressed, resulting in a number of landless peasants being landless farming, non-employment, social security vulnerable groups. At the current, landless peasants are facing a difficult job placement, such as poor employment opportunities, poor quality of employment, low employment competitiveness and so the employment difficulties.Just due to that backgrounds, on one hand to enrich theory, on the other hand for government to take measures,and give a simple conclude about this topic, based on urbanization and landless peasant,less employment and employment transition, according to the asking paper to analyze this issue. Through study, we got the reason of it-less employment. In order to help landless peasants achieve employment transition, we should provide some measures-that is training of employment, which is key of employment transition. In order to make this transition come true, I pike out some supportive measures to help peasants.
