Citizen Participation In Government Performance Management And Mechanism Of The Construction

Government perfonnance management has become an important management manner and tool. The most effective manner to develop a fair and impersonal method to measure government performance is to allow citizens to participate in government performance management in order to build a long intercommunion between government and citizens. However, there are some limitations when citizens participate in government perfonnance management No other than rationally orientating and building a good system mechanism can minish risks and ensure the development of democratic administration in order.The thesis employs the basic knowledge of administration science, politics, sociology, manegement science and so on, adopts the method which combines normative analysis and empirical analysis, generally and systemically analyses the basic theory of citizens participation in government perfonnance management, the actuality and problems of citizens participation in government performance management in our country, brings forward a general future design for our citizens participation in government performance management by using developed countries' experience for reference.
