European security is the core issue in US-Europe relations, and the US-Europe relations are basically revolved around the center before and after the Cold War , but as the international situation changes and the United States and Europe change in the balance of power, the security cooperation and competition on Europe between the United States and the Europe have different performance , the real causes and the essence have largely changed after the Cold War.After the Cold War, the United States and Europe began to have big differences on security, in particular the European security issue, on some issues they even became turn away .Security cooperation in the United States and Europe, on the one hand, the European requests to establish a genuine partnership, on the other hand, the United States does not have a positive response to those requests , it does not cooperate with Europe under equal partnership status.
