Perfect The Legal System Of China's Insurance Regulators

The insurance is social " stability steel ", it relates to the nation stability to keep on developing and people life stabilize. The development of China insurance market will soon completely open,the insurance industry also at a high speed let the world focus attention, under this kind of background,the originally mode and law system already and obviously could not have been well request of the development of the insurance industry,our mode of insurance regulation still has stayed around strictly mode,orientation of the new mode fixing position has not deflcient;And insurance lawmaking though has the scale, the whole is still not perfect,still has no formation of systematized insurance regulation legal system,and it is a long distance to the request of the valid insurance regulation of insurance industry.This thesis that aim at our country present condition of insurance development and world insurance regulation development trend,our country should deep analyzes legal system present condition and problems of our country insurance regulation, with synthesizing all countries theories and practice experience,and bring up the method and concrete suggestion to perfect insurance regulation law system.The thesis includes 4 parts and proceeds as followings:Chapter one analyzes the main contents of insurance regulation from a theoretical perspective.This part first defines insurance regulation and analysis of insurance regulation by use of the incomplete information theory in information economics,then it elaborates the characteristics of insurance regulation and the indispensibility of regulating the insurance industry in incomplete competition market in order to provide a framework.Chapter two explains the situation and defects of insurance regulation in China,analyzes the performance effect of China's insurance regulation pattern,and concludes with the entry into WTO,we should adopt deregulation direct to the market from the strictly regulation of the past step by step.Chapter three illustrates the regulation system in the main developed countries.Restricted in the length,this thesis only chooses three countries such as...
