Contemporary Western Social Thought On The Ideological And Political Education And Countermeasures

With the appearance of globalization, marketization and informatization, the social thoughts of the western countries would definitely have impact on the Ideological and Political Education. It brings challenges, as well as some opportunities. However, no matter in the establishment of theory system, the development of this subject, or in its innovation and change of educational mode, the Ideological and Political Education would always adapt to the development of social economy. Thus, through the analysis of the main western social thoughts in politics, economy and culture, this thesis aims to put forward some solutions to the impact the western social thoughts give on the Ideological and Political Education.The thesis can be divided into the following several parts:1. The basic understanding of social thoughts, including its definition, the reasons of its generation and its characteristics;2. The analysis of the main social streams of thoughts in the western countries. In this part, the author would analyze the political, economic and cultural streams of thoughts respectively;3. The analysis of challenges as well as opportunities the western social thoughts would bring to the Ideological and Political Education;4. Put forward some solutions to such effect.
