Transformation Of Social Justice Research

During the Period of the social transformation of China, the biggest and the most serious threat is the social risk caused by the social fair problems of the social structure level, which is fundamental, deep and structural, and threats the safe movement and the healthy development of our country.This article is totally divided into six sections. Section One reviews the research to the fair problems of the western and Chinese thinker's of all ages, points out the foundation of Marxist fair theories is the deepest and greatest change in the history of the justice theories and practice of mankind, and generalizes and evaluates the focus, the analysis angle and the train of thought of the social fair problem in our country nowadays; Section Two explains the connotation of the social transformation, clearly defines the meaning fair, and discusses the inner logic of the social transformation and the social fair; Section Three explains the concept of the beginning fair, and indicates the right equal and the opportunity equal are the real decision factors of the beginning equal; Section Four explains the concept of the process fair, and points out that process fair is decided by the rule fair and the judge fair; Section Five explains the concept of the result fair, and points out that the realization of the result fair is guided by the contribution rule and the compensation rule; In the end, the article focuses on the analysis of the phenomenon of the current social injustice of our country, and according to the theoretical of the realization of the beginning fair, the process fair and the result fair of the preceding context, the article tries to investigates the counter plan path of how to set up the fair society.To resolve the social unjust problems have already become the most important things in China now, and involve every aspect of our country. With the background of Chinese transformation society and the research object of the social fair, the article systematically combs the historical grain of the social fair research, and defines and anal sizes the content and the characteristic of the social fair from the three stages of beginning, process and result.
