Study Of Agricultural Products Quality And Safety Of The Legal System

Agriculture to some extent is the vital factor of the national economy, while the problem of agricultural product quality and safety is the essential one that has an enormous influence on the national economy and the people's livelihood and that is the foundation stone of economic development and social stability.In view of this, through analyzing the status in quo and existing issues and reviewing contemporary agricultural product quality and safety legal system and assimilating and utilizing the international relating experience for reference ,the author put forward the suggestions that we should consummate agricultural product quality and safety legal system, which is awfully significant to enhance the agricultural product quality and safety and exalt the international competition power and protect Chinese farmers'and agricultural products'interests. This thesis consists of four parts:The first part outlines the farm produce quality and safety law. Defining and analyzing farm produce and safety. Introducing ;legal history; characteristic and social function of the farm produce quality and safety law.The second part is about the content of the farm produce quality and safety law Mainly introducing legislation; supervisory system and specific management system.. Meanwhile analyzing by comparison legislation related to farm produce between foreign countries and China. The third part is about the necessity and urgency of building and improving the farm produce quality and safety law. Expounding the following aspects: establishing law-abiding country, maintaining economic order, promoting social development. The deficiencies in the process of production, service, management and etc. related to farm produce and incompleteness in its legislation are also elaborated.The forth part is about the reflection of the farm produce quality and safety law. Suggestion are given from three aspects: improving its legal system, making clear supervisory duty, and raising legal consciousness at all levels.
