Significance Of Contemporary Chinese Political And Cultural Changes The Rule Of Law

Introspecting the process of the socialism "rule of law" construction in China more than 50 years, summarizing the experience and lesson of the "rule of law" construction, we can see the reason why China's road of "ruleof law" is so hard and how the "rule of law" in China is carried out soon?Investigating its root, the realization of the "rule of law" not only isa law problem but also has deep economical, political and cultural background. This is important problem which we need study thoroughly. According to this viewpoint, this thesis make social change and law development as interactive research pattern, analyze the relationshipbetween the contemporary China's political cultural changes and the "rule of law" and clarify the influence of the China's political culture changesupon the "rule of law" construction. This thesis is divided into three parts totally. The first part elaborated the general theories on the relationship between the political culture changes and the "rule of law"; the second part clarified the general theories on the contemporary Chinese political culture changes; the third part discussed on the "rule of law" significance of the Contemporary Chinese political culture changes.
