Our Industry Associations And Government Relations Model To Explore

Currently, China is in the course of reformation of both economy and society. Industry associations are playing very important roles and they will be more and more significant in the future. On the basic of analysing the present relationship between industry associations and government and finding the reasons, the paper uses the methods which are the fundamental research, the investigation and positivism, under the theory background of the relationship between country and civil society, applying the elementary theory frame of the mutual-active relations between industry associations and government, to construct a more reasonable and feasible relational pattern of industry associations and government, called "the equality and mutual-cooperation relation". The equality and mutual-cooperation relation in this article contains: the emphasis of the relation of industry associations and government is equality ;the industry associations will be government's partner in managing the economy and society ,with becoming autonomy gradually; then industry associations will become the bridge between the enterprises and government. In addition, when it comes to how to construct the equality and mutual-cooperation relation ,this article puts forward the practical proposals.
