It is known that lots of teachers on this respects will be needed if weextent this program into more and more universities in China. The fact iswe cannot only depend on the military academy or neighboring troops tosolve the problem of teachers absence. Therefore, many integrateduniversities such as in Benjing, Changsha, Nanjing, Wuhan, etc. havealready enrolled their own postgraduates majoring in National DefenseEducation and educate their own teachers specialized inmilitary-theory-teaching. It is conceived that a group of professionalteachers in this area will be grown up in the future. Since it is a new jobfor us, what we need first is to make clear that what are the teachers'quality construction on this respect and how to develop it.My paper follows logically the path of the three steps: theoreticresearch, empirical analysis, and general frame. With the method ofsystemic integration, my paper shows what qualities a professionalteacher on military -theory -teaching should have, and also, what acurriculum system should be build. My study carried out from thefollowing three aspects: the first is what qualities a professional teacher onmilitary -theory -teaching should have, secondly, what a curriculumsystem should be build, last but not least is the measures worthy ofattention to improve our teachers qualities in genera universities.
